By appointment

What a showroom appointment actually is

A showroom appointment is a working session, not a tour. It is booked after a short fit conversation so the room is set up for your project before you arrive.

The agenda

Ninety minutes that replace three months of guessing.

  1. First 15 minutes

    Your house, not our catalog

How you use the rooms, what frustrates you now, what you have already ruled out, and what the project has to achieve. References welcome — including the ones you cannot articulate.

  2. Next 25 minutes

    Direction on the design wall

Whole-room directions compared side by side. We move the entire room rather than one sample, until one direction is clearly yours and the others are honestly out.

  3. Next 30 minutes

The material library and the slab yard

Hands on real doors, slabs, tile, planks and shade fabrics. Held together, in daylight, against each other — because that is the only comparison that predicts the finished room.

  4. Last 20 minutes

    Reality and next steps

Lead times, budget direction, condo or permit implications, and what happens next. If something you love has a twelve-week lead time, you find out here rather than in month three.

Bring

What makes the session useful.

  • Photos of the room as it is today, including the corners you dislike
  • Rough dimensions if you have them — we will measure properly later
  • Any inspiration images, even contradictory ones
  • Your condo or HOA rules if a building is involved
  • A budget direction, even a wide one
  • The other decision maker, if there is one

Leave with

What you walk out holding.

  • A clear direction, and specific options ruled out
  • A shortlist of real materials rather than an infinite catalog
  • Honest lead-time and budget signals on everything you liked
  • A scheduled next step: onsite measurement, or a follow-up with drawings

Visit questions

Before you come in.

How do I book a showroom appointment?
Start with a short call so we can understand scope, city, timeline and budget direction. If it is a fit, the visit is booked and the design wall and material pulls are prepared for your rooms before you arrive.
Where is the showroom?
1371 SW 8th St Unit 4, Pompano Beach FL 33069. The entrance is in the back of the building. Visits are by appointment.
What should I bring?
Photos of the room as it is today, rough dimensions if you have them, any inspiration images even contradictory ones, your condo or HOA rules if a building is involved, a budget direction, and the other decision maker if there is one.
Is a showroom visit a commitment?
No. It is a working session that ends with a direction, a shortlist, honest lead-time and budget signals, and a defined next step. You are free to take that and think about it.
